Funky. At first I thought that this was relate purely to the width of
the browser. But I found that I could trigger it by adjusting the height
of the browser, even when my width was quite large. Are you calculating
any height elements dynamically? It could be that under certain
conditions, you're making something bigger than will fit in its
container. And the browser could be thinking it should have a scrollbar,
but you've explicitly turned off scollbars in the containing frame.
BTW, are you going to add support for NS4 later?
