Just a thought, but you could just hide them until they've been picked up by
the DynAPI.
Very nice design, BTW.

Subject: [Dynapi-Help] loading inline layers
When creating inline layers at http://www.pelagodesign.com, i've noticed
that a javascript error occurs if you mouseover the main menu before the
page is done loading. I am assuming this is due to DynAPI not initializing
the layers as objects until the page is finished loading. However, expecting
a viewer to wait for the page to fully load before navigating is less than
ideal. Most of our usability tests have had this error occur. Does anyone
know how to remedy this? Or do I have to rewrite the function so that it
doesn't rely on DynAPI?
Thanks in advance,
John
