Just downloaded the DynAPI the other day and have been very happy with the basic performance of it so far. However, I went through one of the tutorials on the site - it showed how to make a button widget - and it was VERY different from how the actual button.js file looks, that I got very confused. For instance, it mentions the 'button.listener.onprecreate' function when, in reality, the function appears to be 'listener.oncreate'.
I'm getting frustrated trying to develop my own widget because nothing seems to work. For instance, I toyed around trying to develop my own widget and after about 4 hours I decided to simply copy the 'button.js' file and name it 'widget.js' and changed all references to Button to Widget. It didn't work when I tried to create a Widget object in my JS code. Is there someone out there who has a good (comprehensive) tutorial on how to create a widget? The ins.
