The IE property "offsetTop" is returning incorrect values
for the position of relative layers, BUT ONLY WHEN they are
in table rows whose row number is 2 or larger.

A simple example is here:

Has anyone heard of this, or does anyone know of a fix?

It seems IE is adding on the height of the rows that come
before the row in question. That is, if an anchor layer is
placed in row two, and its actual top position is 100,
"offsetTop" will return 130 (assuming the height of row 1 is 30)

Thanks,
Jonah
