I figured it out...
  Somehow I had a download that didn't have the /lib directory...I thought I 
was on the correct build/codeline, but apparently not!

  Still doesn't make sense that the example that refers to
http://dynapi.sourceforge.net/src/dynapi.js
  doesn't work correctly unless somehow that .js file isn't there or the ../ 
directory above it isn't there or something.
