To Reply to these 2 comments
1) SVG is a plugin I assume in IE, netscape, etc. Not sure if I have it or
not.
2) who says "Rectangles size will be a pixel?". I said "to some desired
degree of accuracy" I was thinking say to specify how many rectangles to use
to approximate. For example to approximate a horizontal line you can use one
rectangle, 2,3,4,...up to a pixel per rectangle. I've seen some great games
that use tons of layers.
