I think you can use the scrollbars from DynAPI see the scrollbar example,
scrollpane and viewport examples. How would you hide the original scrollbars
for the frame? You'd need to set the size of the page in the frame to be
less than a scrollable area and use DynAPI's layer, scrollpane, viewport...
unless there's another way?
