Option 1: use onscroll event to check the offset of the layer in question, and move it if need be. Sample: www.figure8.net, enter the site, click on clearance list (on the left) you will see a menu system that stay's put when you scroll (DynAPI 2.56)   Option 2: use the dynscrollbar to scroll the content on the right. I want to fix the first column so that it always stays on the left-hand side, but allow scrolling to the rest of the content.
