Remove dyninst.h, stringDecl.h (#1600)
* Remove dyninstAPI/dyninst.h
The includes it imports aren't used by the places including this file.
* Remove common/stringDecl.h
It's not used. This might be the oldest surviving piece of code in Dyninst.
