Remove unused OpenMP parsing in parse_func (#2135)
* Remove parse_func::parseOMPParent
Functionality removed by dee8900ad35 in 2011. aarch64 was added by
311466419b in 2015, but never implemented.
* Remove parse_func::calcParentFunc
Its last usage was removed by b7899c9de7c37 in 2014.
* Remove parse_func::OMPparsed
It's not used anywhere.
* Remove parse_func::OMPparsed_
It is only ever checked/updated in parseOMPFunc on ppc, so has no effect.
* Remove parse_func::parseOMPFunc
Its no longer used.
* Remove parse_func::addRegion
ITs no longer used.
* Remove parse_func::parseOMP
It's last usage was removed by b7899c9de in 2014.
