You know, I think it might be time to point out that, yes, the developers
do hang out on this list, but (contrary to popular belief) we are not
gods. We are not you, we do not know what error messages you may have
gotten, what libraries/systems/kernels/etc. you may have, or anything
else about you.
If you're having trouble, we're here to help, but for Pete's sake,
give us something to work with rather than whining about not being able
to get Espiffyapp to compile and saying nothing else. Give us error
messages, give us compiler output, give us debugging output. Don't
just give us, "It's broke," or the likely response will be, "It
works for me. Sucks to be you." (Said, of course, in the nicest
possible way.) :-)
Just my $19.95 plus shipping and handling.... (The only thing two
cents is worth these days is two pennies.)
