no - gtk changed internal data structs. this affects imlib. You need to
get gtk 1.0.1.

control panel was compiled against a VERY OLD gtk - gtk changed a lot
since then forcing ALL gtk aps to be recompiled and possibly re-coded
in some parts. control-panel was written before this change.
