Well, we don't want to do any more support for anything that isn't 0.14
Why?  Well, 1) because we don't run it anymore and 2) because 0.14 should
be a much more solid release.

Almost done?  never!  I guess now that someone's caught on it's time to
move the cvs tree and mangle some more code so it's harder to use...
