Bug in 0.13.3

 I had Enlightenment going just fine with the Executive theme, then I
restarted the computer, loaded Enlightenment again and it couldn't find the
theme. I've check .xinitrc and I've put the theme in every directory under
/usr/local/enlightenment/  and it still doesn't work. If I unistall it and
reinstall it it will work tho. Is there any fix besides 0.14?
