A while ago I requested an e-gold out-exchange to be made by wire transfer in order to pay one of my suppliers. e-gold wrote back one day later to confirm that the transfer had been sent the same day. Two weeks later, after numerous unanswered emails and the money still not having arrived, I asked them NOT to send the transfer as it obviously HADN'T been sent in the first place. At the same time, as two weeks had passed and I had to pay more money, I made another out-exchange, asking e-gold to send the two COMBINED out-exchanges to a different account of my supplier (who by now thinks I am playing games with him) Since then there has been no response. Absolute silence. All I keep receiving and deleting is the automated "please don't contact us... we'll contact you" kind of e-mail response. Is anyone else having similar problems? I am facing a standstill and loss of reputation due to my "inability" to pay my supplier. Add to this my frequent assertions that "the transfer is on the way"... I'm sounding like a liar!! I heard from my friends that their out-exchange wires usually arrive within a day or two. What am I doing wrong? What is the procedure to use one of these "market makers" for out-exchanges? Are they more efficient? I don't want to be lied to and then ignored, so I'm seriously looking for alternatives. I'm truly sorry if I have offended anyone with this message. I'm just interested in finding a solution as I'm running out of time.
