I have had the same problem with out-exchange.  In my case it was a rather
piddling matter of $36.00.  I faxed them a request for resolution, and have
received no reply whatsoever.

I am not really too concerned about the $36.00.  I sure as hell am concerned
about a single penny I ever put into the system in the future.  If they
cannot mannage the small matters efficiently, I can't imagine how they will
manage the big things.

The complete and total lack of response is very discouraging to say the
least.
