It's very unsafe to do automated dollar-measured gold spends.  The
rate can change at any time and you never really know how many grams
you are spending.  My service doesn't allow dollars as a unit.  Also,
the SCI is very broken, because it doesn't tell the merchant the
actual weight of gold transfered if the spend is measured in a
national currency.  So use grams.
