Janis, it's quite likely there is just some problem with the wire transfer!! At coconut we just sent an interesting wire for a customer, the bank WOULD NOT ACCEPT the funds from their correspondent bank! (That's a new one!) (I've never known a bank to NOT ACCEPT funds!! <: ) Never seen that problem before --- of course we refunded the customer his/her gold in full, even though it cost me a couple hundred bucks in fees. (We INVENTED customer service! <: ) So, international wire transfers can be funny things! Sometimes they take a week, sometimes a day. In some destinations (say brazil) the government gets involved and takes a slice, in other places there are different problems. Hope it resolves for you!
