From time to time  we all have a commincation breakdown with a particular customer or marketmaker.
 
I recommend that both Janis and Parker  find ways of getting on the phone and talking to each other and sorting out the problem.
 
The chances are the problem will lie in between,  dare I say it...possibly a bank!
 
Anyway  communication is a universal solvent.
