I don't think they should put up notice every time there is downtime. They

probably should remove the notice of recent outages from the website, even
now. There's no point in putting up notices after the fact. The idea is to
put up a notice BEFORE any scheduled downtime, and they have been doing this
dilligently for the past couple of weeks, and for this I congratulate them.
