A: The setup fee can be paid by e-gold. You can also transfer additional funds
by e-gold which will be put on your card. You can either do this immediately
along with your purchase or at a later date. We will transfer whatever you
send (minus our small commission) right onto your card within one to three
business days. The commission is negotiable for large amounts.
Q: I heard about the IRS gaining access to offshore card records stored in the
US. Does the Baltic Sparbuck have any connection to the US?
A: None whatsoever! The card is sent directly from the offshore country to
whatever address you specify. There are no administration offices and no
records kept in the US or in ANY "high tax" country!! In addition to this, the
