Not really, because 0 oz. is under one ounce. The negative weight accounts
are also under one ounce. It also depends on whether the ranges are open,
closed, or mixed.
open
0<oz.<1 & 1<oz.<10 & 10<oz.<100 etc...
There isn't a problem with null weight balances. However, if somebody has
exactly 1, 10, 100, etc. ounces in their account, they aren't listed.
closed
0<=oz.<=1 & 1<=oz.<=10 & 10<=oz.<=100 etc...
This just has problems all around.
mixed
0<oz.<=1 & 1<oz.<=10 & 10<oz.<=100 etc...
This is probably the range setup that is used. No problem with null weight
balances, and everybody is listed once.

The highest I've seen the velocity is ~$8 million. There is currently ~$12
million of e-gold in circulation and ~$1.6 million in other e-metals.
Will we be able to see the 30 day & 365 day velocity stats again?
