I have never heard anyone ever utter the words Initial Public Offering. I
was at the IRS II conference, they probably would have mentioned something
like this during their talk about what the future held for e-gold.
By the way, an IPO is used to raise additional capital for the company.
e-gold ltd., Omnipay, G&SR are not underfunded. If they need cash, they
sell gold. Marvelous concept, isn't it?
