I'm away from e-mail for a couple days and what a wonderful surprise I
had; 160 e-mails from this list. Lets see if I can recap.

Messages repeating two, three, four times due to the incompetent dweebs
running the e-gold list.

A bunch of cowards that hide behind pseudonyms while loudly proclaiming
their superior intelligence over everyone at G&SR et al, yet
surprisingly never willing to even identify themselves, not alone start
a competing gold-based currency.

Retards that don't know how to use an e-mail list resulting in such
enlightening subject lines as "re: E-Gold-List Digest..." If you don't
know how to use e-mail, do the world a favor and go post in an alt.sex
newsgroup.

Some butt-wipe asking for money like some worthless beggar on the
street. Hey pal, if you can afford internet access, you have no right
begging for money. And judging by your e-mail, I doubt you will be
going far in college; save everyone a lot of time and start working
your way up to store manager at Burger King; I know it isn't glamorous,
but since we exported the bulk of our manufacturing jobs to the third
world, there isn't much left for those of you on the left side of the
bell curve.

Scams. Gag-scams. Endless complaining about the scams and gag-scams.
Counter-complaints that these are not scams, simply one company that
has somehow repealed the laws of economics and can double my money in
six months and how stupid the rest of us are because we don't leap on
board. And "Does anyone know what happened to company X? I sent them
all my money and now they don't call, they don't write and some nasty
government official has seized their assets!"

Endless debit card offers with fees that defy comprehension. There may
be some people that desperate, but I certainly don't know any.

A never-ending stream of people that simply do not understand "no
HTML"; that are stupid enough to respond to requests to stop posting
HTML ... in HTML.

I could go on, but why bother? I simply don't have the time or the
energy to waste on this. If I want to own some gold, I think I'll do
it the old fashion way and just buy gold coins.

Feel free to endlessly discuss this in my absence. I'm outa here.
