I have three bank accounts in OZ, two of them businesss accounts.
I can online spend from two of them to anywhere in the world and I am aware
that most of the oz banks will do online spends, some in real time some with
a delay but they DO do it.
Any delay is a 24 hour thing usually depending on when the transfer is done.
(if you do it in the arvo or evening then it will not be completed the next
day but the day after for some banks)

Citibank have no limit that I have been able to discern
