I don't work for them, I'm not affiliated with them. I'm not a lawyer or
a CEO or any sort of Management type. But I personally agree with you
that springing this on the MMs was overhasty.

It may be a libel, it may be breach of agreements-to-list, it isn't a
restriction. On their site, they are choosing not to speak about some
MMs. That cannot *directly* cause limits on others' speech or actions -
at most it can dissuade or leave folks in ignorance.

They have no "rights" to be told via e-gold's site of anything in
particular, except those preventing libel, fraud, etc etc.

If I can use a Google search engine, so can other folks.

I'll keep that information to myself - but praise or condemnation of the
