"A defendant is innocent until proven guilty" only applies in the case of
criminal charges. Criminal charges can only be issued by a government.
This does not mean that Charles is automatically the 'good guy'. It also
means that he isn't automatically the 'bad guy'. Same thing goes for G&SR.
Everybody is neutral until we actually get some real facts about what is
going on.
e-gold ltd. should not be able to file *any* lawsuits. Filing a lawsuit
entails taking on liabilities (i.e legal retainers, court fees, etc...),
correct? e-gold ltd. cannot, and does not, hold *any* liabilities.
Some people seem to be waiting, sitting on the edge of their seat, for
e-gold to do something, anything, that they can then rant & rave about.
They'll look for any opportunity to declare that e-gold is unfit,
unwanted, unusable, unetc...

Why? People seem to be having so much fun ripping into the big, bad, evil
e-gold. We wouldn't want actual facts to spoil it all now, would we?
