Has anybody visited the following site? http://internetdollar.com/ They seem to be offering some sort of PayPal service, but they don't pay you to sign-up. However they have no transaction or storage fees and unlike PayPal, anyone worldwide can open an account. Funding the account with a credit card costs only %5 of the amount. Disadvantages: It's still about fiat money! And seems that few merchants accept it. And they don't offer an ATM card yet. Anyway, who knows? maybe it would be worth to consider I$ as another payment option if you're an Internet merchant.
