The Pecunix message from [EMAIL PROTECTED] was posted BEFORE the snipper's forwarded message, BUT the snippers message appeared on the list first, because it did not need to wait for moderation. How could Pecunix PR (who legitimately posted to the list first) withdraw their post when they saw "snippers" message appear? That message was distributed to various relevant lists and "snipper" was quite justified in posting it to the e-gold list because it had not appeared there yet right? Please explain how this type of situation can be avoided in future. It seems that you will either just need to live with it, or you will need to have someone sitting 24 hrs a day releasing all the moderated messages very fast.
