(Like everything else I say) it's just my personal opinion, but this is probably one of the biggest piles of cash still sitting there, waiting for some very-smart person to pick it up. The hypothetical smart-person will have to find a way to deal with India's government (the biggest challenge, IMO) but then they will get very-rich very-fast, if my guess is right.
