The fact that these digital currencies are either gold or gold-backed and they allow real time non-repudiable payment at anytime and anywhere in the world while eliminating the payment risk to the payee, is certainly the most important reason. Next, I think that people who understand gold will say that it is the most undervalued currency in the world. Another good reason to use it and save it.
