My vote (or guess) for e-Bullion's tremendous growth in this last two
months is their superior product and support. The website is nicely done,
easily navigated, and have several improvements the other leading GBC's
still lack. I have not used their Debit card yet, so I have to refrain from
speculating on that one. I enjoy the Bullhorn message center for
communication between account holders also.
Their automatic notification of payments made & received is a true
blessing! The customer service and support are nothing short of EXCELLENT
and the response time to phone calls and e-mails (in my experience) is
ALWAYS the same day. I have always had a live body answer their phone when I
call. That alone puts them sprinting ahead of several of their competitors.
Kudos to Pam & Jim, Scott, Peggy, Mike and the entire staff out there in
Camarillo. Leadership by example!
