This is from the Evo-Cash website:

"INTEREST - Starting June 2001
On all credit balances held on your Evocash account you will receive
interest at the rate of 9% per year (calculated at 0.75% on the average
balance held on the account during the month). Interest will be
automatically added to your account on the first of each month. :"

Questions:

1) An interest rate of 0.75% per month, as advertised, equates to 9.4% per
year. 0.72% per month equates to 9% per year. Which is it?

2) How can any legitimate business make this kind of commitment?

Such sloppy accounting and bold promises do not inspire confidence in this
enterprise.
