They've skewed a few things in that indictment. They also go on to say that he bought Norfeds which were backed by gold, and we know Norfeds are backed by silver. Are you sure that this fellow didn't just 'buy e-gold' instead of investing in G&SR? Maybe they're talking about another Gold and Silver Reserve.
