Here's a possible explanation, which may or may
not apply in your case:

1. You use a Windows system.

2. A hacker-thief planted a Trojan in your system.
(This could have been done when you opened an
attachment or accessed a website.)

3. The Trojan sends the hacker-thief your IP address.

4. The hacker-thief logs into your system remotely.
(You have no way of finding out when someone logs
into your system remotely.)

5. The hacker-thief obtains account access information
from your system and uses it to raid your accounts.
