Dear Friends, A recent issue of _The Libertarian Enterprise_ (which I highly recommend to all you liberty enthusiasts; see it now at http://www.webleyweb.com/tle/ ) had this link:
http://www.viridiandesign.org/notes/251-300/00283_geeks_and_spooks.html Following that link reveals a rather big graphic file for a somewhat interesting graphic, but a lot of text, some useful links, and a good read. Bruce Sterling yammers a bit in his speech to the cypher community meeting in DC (geeks & spooks in attendance), but does seem to have a few interesting things to say. I think he misapprehends the progress being made in digital gold currencies, data havens, and other matters of interest. Perhaps the folx at Gold Economy should invite him to the conference in March? Not as a speaker, but as a listener. Judging from his speech, he'd learn a lot.
