Standard Transactions USA has been languishing too long and we decided to
take action. I personally will be moving back to Atlanta to head up
Standard Transactions USA , with orders to be issued from the Standard
Reserve Holdings Limited (SRHL) Board of Directors to create five regional
agencies in the USA along with the exchange agent and customer acquisition
agent network. And we want all of this fully operational within eight months.
We will be forming an Association of Standard Transactions Agents
("Association") for which I shall be the official spokesperson and shall
make representations to the Standard Reserve Board on behalf of its Members.
Phyllis Matyjewicz, our Accounting Manager will be joining me to run the
back end and the accounting functions and to assist our agents in expanding
their business.
We are planning a proactive approach to serving our agents and our customer
base. We will organize at least quarterly seminars and invite our agents
to attend so we can all learn how to increase business and service
customers. With Phyllis and I running an agency we will also get first
hand experience with what you experience, and, since we have executive
privileges in the home office (i.e., we can kick butt), we can effectuate
changes quickly.
Part of our game plan is to visit our agents to see what we can do to help
you expand your business. Standard Transactions Worldwide is not merely an
exchange business, and we want you to be as up-to-date as possible with
what's happening and what's coming, so you can stay ahead of the crowd.
We took this approach in Canada and Australia and it has been quite
successful. The United States is a very important market to us. We
believe the size and potential of the market warrants placing a senior
executive in a key developmental role to ensure the business is
strategically developed.
As many of you may know, Phyllis and I have been senior executives
with the Standard Group from the onset and know enough about the business
and potential market to make things happen.
