CD, to be clear, 1mdc offers two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT products: these are: (1) a "term lodgement" product (which you are referring to) and (2) a DGC called 1mdc-grams. (It is an unusual DGC, it is backed by e-gold or a repackaging of e-gold, if you will -- or an e-gold re-community if you will) Regarding 1mdc LODGEMENTS, as you say the statistics are OPEN, and here they are: https://www.1mdc.com/cgi-bin/stats.cgi (I don't really think they are chicken deposits, there are numerous 50 and 100 and 150 gram lodgements. THERE ARE ONLY 1600 e-gold ACCOUNT with over 100 grams, and 1mdc-lodgements has a half dozen or more :) ) Anyway regarding 1mdc-GRAMS, the stats are NOT open, CD. I am the only person who knows the totals (other than e-gold if they peek at the balances). As a matter of fact, 1mdc-grams are not even officially launched yet, but they are quite popular. Since they are simply e-gold grams, there is 0 risk. And there is absolute privacy, and no fees at all. And the interface is super duper. I will tell you there are already numerous kilos in 1mdc-GRAMS. Anyway, it is my fault that the two products (1mdc-LODGEMENTS and 1mdc-GRAMS) are somewhat confused.
