1. MUST be able to receive SWIFT transfers in US$, and doesn't charge for sums in excess of $5000, or charges a NOMINAL fee for receiving. 2. Has $5000 or less min for opening an account. 3. Online banking 4. MUST be able to open an account in a pen name or completely anonymously. (w/no bank references or "professional recs").
