The classic answer to this one is a moderate arsenal of firearms, a large cache of ammunition (including raw materials such as lead & gunpowder), ounce silver coins and tenths of gold. Probably would also be nice to have something to move around with like a boat as long as it doesn't rely on petroleum products (have it solar or sail powered). On the subject of solar power, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to store wealth in solar panels as you could always sell/trade energy to get a return on your wealth as you hold them and you could sell them later.
