How? Each UFO costs USD $7000 for a 50% completed rolling kit... it'll cost roughly $22k total to complete it. You then "hire" it to an aero club or school (there is much demand for these aircraft). The club rents them out for $120 per hour, you get approx. $60 per hour x approx. 20 hours per week = $1200 to you, less expenses = approx. $900 per week income. The "renter" pays for insurance, upkeep, and storage. Not bad for a $22k investment! After 2 years, you can then sell it outright for $35-$45k, or whatever.
