We will reset a passphrase via email when the amount of value in the Holding is relatively low (<1gg). If there is a high amount of value we will first ask the Holding owner if he wishes us to use a more secure method, which may include either sending a letter or telephoning the Holding owner at the number provided by him when the Holding was created.
