I disagree.  With the current state of government involvement
with the financial system, the more dispersed the DGC scene, the
better.  Let the market makers make their fees by consolidating
some of the exchanges.  With one big DGC, it would be much
easier for government to regulate it.  With many hawala-style
dgc's, it makes for a better, decentralized monetary system with
less chance of invasion of privacy.
