I've been reading Craig's comments on the e-gold industry with interest and agree with the point which he is trying to make. Buying into the currencies is both difficult and expensive for the vast majority of people which make up your potential market.
We have recently completed an in-depth study of the e-payment/ currency industry as part of our broader event impact and future scenario analysis of current international mechanics. Our conclusions reflect Craig's concerns, as well as the more subtle ones pointed to by the editor of Bricks of Gold in his reference to an article dealing with forces underpinning oil price fluctuations. These are very real concerns and bold words or verbal attacks on PayPal will not diminish their potential harmful effect for growth of this industry. We will be publishing our findings on the global e-payment transfer/currency industry and presenting scenarios for its future development begining April in our new online publication, New World Intelligence, which we are currently launching. (Incidentally, in line with our organisation's commitment to further global learning we have issued and "Ad-Challenge" to the e-payment transfer/currency industry to coincide with our reports on it. You can learn more about our challenge at http://citydeep.com/nwi_specialoffer1_e-payments.htm ) Elzbieta D [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://citydeep.com http://citydeep.com/nwi.htm --- You are currently subscribed to e-gold-list as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Use e-gold's Secure Randomized Keyboard (SRK) when accessing your e-gold account(s) via the web and shopping cart interfaces to help thwart keystroke loggers and common viruses.
