Guys, I have had a change of staff <sigh> in the US (for the GoldPay.St service only. ALL the other services are running great!), and although I have new replacement GoldPay.St staff, they are not yet up to speed, as they are currently being trained. All existing pending GoldPay order payments will be sent today. I estimate that the GoldPay.St service will be up and running again within 7 days.
The reason for the change of staff was the past employee was unreliable when sending payments, and we also had some serious communication problems. Lack of communications plus not doing your job, THEN making excuses, doesn't cut it. As I'm sure you'll agree. In any case, I take personal responsibility for the lack of service.
