That is very strange as the e-mail headers indicate your time zone is set 
to GMT/UTC - 7 hours! Based on the time difference between when to sent the 
earlier message and when the mail server said it received it I guessed that 
your clock was set to the time in Western Australia, but the zone clearly 
shows a 17 hour difference compared to out time zone, which is GMT + 10 at 
present.
