Dear e-gold users,

Our service is a fully automated real-time e-currency exchange service
(ROBOT). All operations are carried out in real-time, that's why we
can't "intercept" any operation, because they are carried out in
real-time right at the moment of spend from *any* account, which is
performed *on e-gold site*. We pay our price in other e-currency
(WebMoney or other) for the exchanged amount.

E-gold transactions are irreversible by nature so are irreversible the
transactions in the currency we pay for the amount spent to our account
(WebMoney or other). We can not reverse any of them. The policies of
both systems do not give us or anybody else this option either.

We do not have any proof of ownership in exchanged funds or proof that
these funds were not transferred by the real owner of the account or
other person to whom e-gold user has surrendered login information.
other than the ability of our client to dispose of funds in the account.

We can (and are ready to) disclose any details that we have on our
records of operations carried out by clients of our service or even the
very fact of this operations under due process of law only.

Regards, Alexander V. Fedotov

P.S. As to the paranoid speculations about "cracking into somebody's
e-mail account" I must admit that this is definitely not one of our
activities, we are developing *reliable* software ROBOTs (Web services).
You know what I mean Sidd, don't you? Word "Reliable" means that the
software has been built by *mature* and *responsible* programmers, not
an *immature and irresponsible* ones :) Guess whom do I mean :)
