As some of you have discovered, we have been behind our "two day"
turnaround time for a while now. We have tried really hard to fix
this on our own, but it has been to our customer's expense. We
apologize for that.
Last year, fraud caused a huge depletion in our working capital,
and we have since tried to build it back up, but to no avail. We are
taking drastic measures right now to obtain more working capital and
we will be back on schedule as soon as these problems are resolved.
The time frame for this is within 20 days.
We feel we owe it to you to be honest even if you take your
business elsewhere. One thing we at GoldChanger will always do is
fulfill every single payment that comes in. We have had our
difficulties recently, but we haven't lost our integrity from the
past 2 1/2 years.
We appreciate all of your business and certainly the patience
you have shown. Your continued business will certainly expedite
