You have 10.000 g of Au and want to know how many atoms that are.

Atomic weight: 196.96655 g / mole
1 mole = 6.022 x 10^23 atoms

(10.000/196.9665) x (6.022 x 10^23) = 3.057 x 10^23 atoms
