Thanks for posting this to both lists, as I enjoy
"reply to all" more than some.

Altogether, I see five capitalization errors,
three usage errors, four punctuation omissions,
one argument for irresponsibility by delegating
...responsibility, one foul language deduction,
and one really amazing bit of irony, for a net
score of negative forty-six (-46) style points
for the Bidcow.
Just so we're all clear: if Bidcow pays Joe's
Garage Universal E-mail Spamming Service (JGUESS)
to send out e-mails, and JGUESS sends out spam,
then Bidcow has sent out spam, by delegation of
authority with payment or intent to pay. QED.
It is impressive to suppose that you might
"tarnish" the reputation of anyone with such
a compelling command of the language. I mean,
if we were to take it as a given that Sidd is
a liar (whatever he does in his spare time to
modify that noun ;-), then how could anything
Sidd said be of any merit to tarnish someone's
rep? As we know that Sidd is often quite
scrupulous in his speaking, the only conclusions
are absurdity or irony, so I granted the higher
scoring possibility.
(Actually, there is an even higher scoring
option, that Bidcow used both absurdity and
irony, but it simply isn't fathomable. Too
great a stretch from "f'ing liar...in bed with
eBay" to "tarnish my rep". In fact, the notion
of Sidd in bed with eBay and their 55 million
user community while starting Pecunix with a
few million and a song...does seem to make the
case for mere absurdity throughout. But, irony
is only four points more. Since the grade is
failing, let's not flog the expired pachyderm
unduly.)
(Oh, and, in all fairness, Sidd gets points
for bravery, honesty, anti-spam posture, and
minus 15 for posting a private message - however
foul - to a public list, netting about +40.
Extra points for warning the community about
an exasperating twit +9.)
To anticipate all future Bidcow responses to
this post, I quote Bart Simpson, "Don't have
a Bidcow, man."
